What is your return policy for unused items?
We offer a 14-day return period for all unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for large palletized units.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our air conditioning units come with a full manufacturer warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the brand and model purchased.
