At Air Conditioning One Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your climate control solution. If your unit is not the right fit, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Unit
Ensure the air conditioning unit is securely packed in its original manufacturer box, including all manuals, remote controls, and mounting hardware.
Arrange Transportation
Affix the return label to the outside of the crate or box and schedule a pickup or drop-off through our authorized heavy-goods courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
